Track is marked but little used. A lot of exposure but generally with plenty of secure holds other than crossing the slip at north edge of teeth.
Much easier North to south due up-climbing the steep sections.
Pay attention and allow plenty of route finding time. Track can be hard to find but you won't progress without it. Still a long way to lonely lake and plenty to fall off after the teeth proper so allow plenty of time or camp.
