Basic 2-bunk hut in poor condition. Ownership disputed between DOC and Otemetata Station - conversely the station say it's DOC's and DOC say it belongs to the station. On WAMS it's too close to call - the boundary appears to just cut it out of DOC land, but this may just be due to the resolution of the boundary data.
